Think Ibiza and the first thing that springs to mind is all-night partying, and it’s true.  But there’s a different side to this picturesque island.  Visit Dalt Vila with its colossal medieval walls guarding the maze of cobbled streets of the UNESCO-listed old town quarter. Just beyond is the elegant Plaça de Vila, which is lined with restaurants and cafés – perfect for some delicious tapas.
